Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital service — no physical shipment

fileme is a fully digital, cloud-based document management and utility service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. There are therefore no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses involved.

Service activation & delivery

Access to paid features is delivered electronically. Upon successful payment confirmation from our payment partner (Razorpay), your subscription is activated and the corresponding features are made available on your account immediately, and in any case within 24 hours.

If your subscription is not activated within this timeframe after a successful payment, please contact us at support@fileme.in and we will resolve it promptly.
